About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Chief Actuary and Director of Advanced Actuarial Solutions to lead the creation of an innovative modeling team focused on advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-driven solutions. In this impactful role, you will develop and implement sophisticated statistical and AI models to address critical business challenges and improve our existing actuarial frameworks.

This leadership position will involve managing and mentoring a team of skilled actuarial professionals, ensuring the delivery of top-notch work, and fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders to tailor models to meet strategic business goals. A strong emphasis will be placed on complying with internal policies and adhering to regulatory standards regarding AI and analytics.

The ideal candidate will possess an ACAS or FCAS designation, with an MAAA designation preferred, and will hold a Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field. We require a minimum of 10 years of actuarial experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity following credential attainment. Candidates with a robust background in statistical modeling, AI, and data analytics, along with exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills, are encouraged to apply.
