Of the Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care Assist clients with activities of daily living which include: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and transportation. Comply with all written and mobile documentation and recordkeeping requirements. Requirements of the Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)NJ CHHA certification required. Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience. Current CPR certification. Current Physical with documented PPD or Chest X-Ray. Valid driver's license with an insured automobile. Smartphone. Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
