Cherry Picker / Reach Truck | Salt Lake - Utah Staffing : Job Details

Nexeo HR is hiring a skilled and safety-conscious Cherry Picker / Reach Truck Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team in the Salt Lake City area. The ideal candidate has experience with sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, and shuttle racking systems. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate cherry pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and shuttle racking equipment
• Load and unload materials from trucks, storage racks, and production lines
• Move raw materials, finished goods, and inventory efficiently throughout the warehouse
• Stack pallets and materials to minimize damage and maintain safe storage
• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety guidelines
• Use warehouse management systems or scanners to track inventory
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and general warehouse duties
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and truck drivers to coordinate logistics

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks required
• Experience with shuttle racking systems strongly preferred
• Forklift certification (OSHA-compliant) preferred
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, or changing warehouse environments
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Pay: $21.50 per hour

Schedule: Night Shift | 4:30 PM 4:30 AM | Rotating schedule
