Chemistry Lab Manager - Kelly Services : Job Details

#x 9; Develop, update, and maintain SOPs for AIHA, VLAP, and other accreditations Enforce company, customer, and government safety standards Implement and maintain quality management practices to deliver accurate, reliable testing services Manage laboratory equipment availability and routine maintenance on instruments including GC/ MS, ICP/ MS, and FLAA Oversee staffing plans, recruitment, and performance management for lab personnel Perform chemical analyses and basic test data evaluation Ensure compliance with lab protocols and calibration of instruments Collaborate with and train Laboratory Assistants to maintain accuracy and adherence to procedures Prepare and review technical reports documenting testing results Support additional lab tasks as required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related technical field Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with GC/ MS, ICP/ MS, and FLAA Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and instrumental analysis Proficient ...Chemistry, Manager, Lab, Lab, Chemist, Healthcare, Staffing
