Beynon Sports Surfaces, Inc. is seeking a Mixer/Blender/Operator for our manufacturing facility in Hunt Valley, MD. This full-time, non-exempt position involves working the 12pm-8pm shift, with overtime and weekend work available. The ideal candidate will:

  • Operate safely, following all safety and environmental rules, and wear all required PPE.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality procedures, creating and maintaining records.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Communicate clearly to meet production demands.
  • Maintain high attention to detail.
  • Participate in all production and warehousing phases.
  • Operate process and test equipment proficiently.
  • Meet quality standards and produce on time per ISO and work instructions.
  • Be available for overtime during peak season (Jun 1 – Oct 31).
  • Meet physical requirements, including lifting 55 lbs, climbing, and moving containers.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Competencies:

  • High School Diploma
  • Two years of experience in chemical manufacturing; forklift experience a plus.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert raw materials into quality finished products following batch sheets and ISO standards, including some QC sampling and testing.
