KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement chemical processes to support production capacity, yield improvements, and quality initiatives
Manage and execute capital projects aligned with site operational and strategic plans
Troubleshoot and optimize existing production processes to improve efficiency, safety, and compliance
Conduct data analysis and process modeling to identify performance improvement opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, EHS, and quality, to support continuous improvement and technology transfer efforts
Ensure adherence to industry safety standards, environmental regulations, and internal protocols
YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
2 years of chemical engineering or related manufacturing experience, with hands-on exposure to process simulation tools, chemical process design, and application of process safety standards
