Cheese Operations - Machine Operator (Full-Time with Benefits) - Colony Brands : Job Details

This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to obtaining correct machine settings, assembles, cleans, and adjusts machines. Food Quality and Food Safety are an important aspect to ensuring our customer expectations are met. This position involves set up and operation of numerous pieces of equipment including mixers, Crepaco, Porta Pump, cutters and more. Youll also be responsible for: - Fugi - operating the Fugi to wrap cheese from 1.75 oz to 7 oz sizes - Operating the Handtman - used for making cheese logs and wheels - Utilizing the Tipper Tie - an attachment to the Handtman machine - Operating the PR 1/ Holomatic - used for filling cheese based products - Compliance with all food safety protocols; supporting FSSC 22000 Certification - Compliance to our safety program and safe operation of equipment - Compliance to our Standard Operating Procedures...Operations, Machine Operator, Cheese, Benefits, Operator, Operation, Manufacturing
