Since 1991, Fidelity Charitable has introduced tens of thousands of donors to the benefits — and increased charitable impact — of using a donor-advised fund to meet their philanthropic goals. Fidelity Charitable is governed by an independent Board of Trustees, which has hired Fidelity Investments as the service provider to the charity. Fidelity Investments provides all the charitable organization's employees and supports all its functions: Program Development, Marketing, Service Delivery, Relationship Management, Finance, Technology, Risk and Compliance, and Fundraising.The Charitable Planning Associate (CPA) is an inbound, phone-based role acting as a sales development role into the Fidelity Charitable Fundraising and Distribution team. This role will uncover new opportunities with financial advisors and prospective donors looking for charitable planning assistance. You will cultivate and qualify these opportunities by providing valuable insights and helping them achieve their charitable goals by utilizing our Donor Advised Fund. In addition to generating leads from inbound calls, you will also be responsible for executing strategic initiatives by making outbound calls to qualify leads delivered by our Marketing team.
