This role will apply change management methodologies, including communication planning, organizational readiness assessments, and stakeholder analyses to drive engagement and minimize resistance. The consultant will develop and implement communication, change management, and training plans, as well as create supporting materials to enhance adoption. Additionally, they will oversee execution and monitor progress to ensure seamless implementation while minimizing operational disruptions. A strong background in change management principles, leadership coaching, and organizational transformation best practices is essential.Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities
  • Leads and assess organizational change requirements by conducting change management and impact assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develops and implements change management strategies aligned with HR initiatives, ensuring timely execution and achievement of business objectives.
  • Develops and executes communication, change management and training plans to support seamless adoption with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Assess stakeholder change management needs for assigned projects, collaborating with program and project teams to facilitate structured transitions to new technologies or business processes.
  • Partners with program leadership and project teams to align strategies, objectives and engagement efforts for successful adoption of technical and business solutions.
  • Prepares and delivers engaging, informative, and well-organized change management presentations to stakeholders at all levels to drive understanding and commitment.
  • Advises, coaches, and influences stakeholders at all levels on sponsorship best practices, emphasizing their role in driving change and organizational effectiveness.
  • Designs and facilitates change leadership workshops to equip stakeholders at all levels with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively sponsor and drive organizational change.
  • Develops and leads stakeholder engagement sessions, employee feedback loops, and organizational readiness assessments to proactively address concerns and optimize adoption strategies.
  • Designs and oversees communication strategies that keep employees and key stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned throughout change initiatives.
  • Develops and deploys change-related training materials, tools, and resources to support workforce adoption of new HR processes and technologies.
  • Establishes and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, using insights to refine strategies.
  • Develops and implements best practices and tools for sustaining change adoption, incorporating agile methodologies to drive continuous transformation and improvement.
  • Serves as a project manager, coordinating multiple, parallel team projects, both incoming and outgoing, including regular and ad-hoc initiatives as needed.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field from an accredited College or University.
  • 5 plus years of work experience in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 plus years of experience in a leadership role, driving change initiatives at an enterprise level.
  • 2 plus years of experience in developing and executing project plans and initiatives, applying Project Management Methodologies.
  • 4 plus years of experience with HR systems and digital transformation platforms (e.g., Infor, SAP, ServiceNow).
  • Change Management Certification (e.g. CCMP, Prosci, ACMP).
