Title: Project/Program Manager (Non-IT) 2 – Change Management Specialist

Location: Mossville, IL (Fully Onsite)

Duration: 12 months

Pay Rate: $37/hour (W2) or $42/hour (C2C)

Job Description:

The Change Management Specialist will implement organizational change initiatives that enable the organization to achieve greater performance. This role involves guiding business units across the enterprise through change processes, influencing adoption, and ensuring successful transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs analysis and impact assessments to determine the most effective approach for implementing change.
  • Provide consultation and recommendations to stakeholders for managing organizational change.
  • Influence and lead individuals toward adoption of change initiatives to achieve business results.
  • Create and execute change plans, coordinate meetings, drive action items, and analyze outcomes.
  • Ensure consistent and timely execution of change implementation plans.

Qualifications (Required):

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
  • Knowledge of OCM principles.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong execution skills and ability to lead without authority.

Qualifications (Desired):

  • OCM certification.
  • Project management experience.
  • Previous Caterpillar experience.

Disqualifiers:

  • No experience as an Organizational Change Management professional.
  • Not willing to be onsite five days per week.

Typical Day & Interaction with Team:

  • Develop and execute change management plans.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and think analytically.
  • Work with a mentor during onboarding until ready to lead projects independently.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to drive adoption of change initiatives.
