Job Summary

Lead the successful implementation and adoption of technology enhancement initiatives across the organization. This role combines project management discipline with change management expertise to ensure effective integration and adoption of new tools, systems, and processes by end users.

Responsibilities
  • Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute change management plans to promote adoption of new technologies and digital tools. Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations. Define success metrics and monitor progress to ensure sustained adoption.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end project delivery for technology initiatives. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders, IT, and end users to align change efforts with strategic goals. Build and maintain strong relationships to foster buy-in and support.
  • Communication & Enablement: Design and deliver targeted communications and training programs. Develop user-friendly documentation and support materials. Activate and manage change champion networks to drive grassroots engagement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use data and feedback to refine strategies and improve future initiatives. Contribute to the development of change management best practices and toolkits.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple projects and facilitating change with management and stakeholders.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kubler-Ross) preferred.
  • Desire to continue learning through development opportunities.
  • Proven track record of leading technology-driven change initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in agile environments and digital transformation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and project tracking software.
