SummaryThe Business Process Reengineering (BPR) project is a major long-term strategic investment in achieving a sustainable competitive advantage through process, innovation and technology reimagination and improvement. This program will be a significant undertaking for the business over the coming years as Perdue raises a better future for its employees, partners and consumers through transformative changes across its business units.
We are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead who will help guide Perdue through this transformational change, gain buy-in and alignment from Perdue leaders, and establish a sustainable change strategy for the BPR project. A successful candidate will have previous experience managing and leading large change management programs with a system implementation component, have strong business acumen, excellent organizational skills, and proven experience of leading teams. This role will report to the VP, Business Process Reengineering, and work closely with the TMO's Organizational Change Management Lead.
The salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Principal and Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesBachelor's Degree in Communications, Engagement, Organizational Development, Training & Development, Human Resources, Leadership or other related area, and a minimum of 10 years managing change at scale, ideally within a large, complex and/or global company.
