We are seeking a contracted Change Management Consultant to join our team to set and implement change management strategy.

This role involves working with stakeholders to assess impact, develop communication and training plans, and manage the change process for successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Assess impact on stakeholders and address resistance to change
• Manage change process, develop and execute plans, track progress, mitigate risks
• Ensure adoption of new systems and processes through training and communication
• Monitor and evaluate change initiatives, collaborate across departments
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Communications or Business-related field
• 5+ years in change management, preferably in healthcare or tech
• Strong understanding of change management principles
• Experience with strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Comfortable in ambiguous, matrixed environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise software
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience
• Change Management certification
