Your Opportunity: As a Staff Services Manager I, Change & Adoption Specialist you will be responsible for focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures. The primary responsibility of this position is creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.   • This position may be eligible for telework. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and based on Covered California's current telework policy. While Covered California supports telework, in-person attendance may be required based on operational needs. Employees are expected to be able to report to their worksite with minimal notification if an urgent need arises, as determined by the Department.
