CFO- Hanford, CA- Agriculture/Manufacturing - TGG Accounting : Job Details

We're seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team in Hanford, CA. This isn't just a finance roleit's a key partner to the President, helping drive operational improvements and shape the future of a stable, growing company.

We're an established wholesale/distribution business with a strong foundation and significant growth potential. Now we're looking for a CFO who can turn insights into action and lead our next phase of transformation.

• Serve as a strategic advisor on financial, operational, and business growth initiatives
• Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Manage accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, GL, and inventory
• Lead HR and administrative operations, including compliance and safety
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and admin team

• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a mid-sized company ($25M$250M)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn financials into strategy
• Industry experience in wholesale, distribution, logistics, or agriculture/farming (preferred)
• Effective leadership and team development skills
• Ability to operate at both the strategic and hands-on level

• CPA and/or MBA
• Experience with inventory, logistics, or cost accounting
• Exposure to transloading, blending, or supply chain-heavy environments

Compensation: $150,000$180,000 DOE + performance-based bonus
