* Established in 1997 as a 203-bed hospital.

* In Summer 2020, AdventHealth Celebration will have 5 new floors and an additional 80 beds expanding from a 237-bed, state-of-the-art hospital to a 297-bed hospital.

* The major departments housed in the expansion will include 6 procedural suites dedicated to neuro, vascular, and cardiac interventional technologies, 2 operating rooms dedicated to the open-heart cardiac program, a larger mother/baby unit, and two nursing units.

* AdventHealth Celebration Health was designed as a Mediterranean resort-style facility to serve as a cornerstone of health in Disneys planned community of Celebration, Florida

**Work Hours/Shift:** Part-Time 16 Hours Week **You Will Be Responsible For:**

Demonstrates, through behavior, AdventHealths core values of Integrity, Compassion, Balance, Excellence, Stewardship, and Teamwork.

* Presents and sells products and services to current and potential members.

* Processes all inquiries pertaining to membership while encouraging enrollment and marketing the Fitness Centre. Makes sales calls during idle time and encourages retail sales to meet the monthly Pro Shop and membership sales goals.

* Efficient in operating Point of Sale (POS) transactions, cash handling, and banking out in CSI software system for check- in and pictures.

* Performs Spa booking procedures, educates guests about spa, and encourages spa club membership.

* Utilizes proper telephone etiquette.

* Organizes displays, restocks shelves and drinks, and keeps the environment clean and organized.

Qualifications

**What You Will Need:**

**Required:**

* CPR Certification

* Ability to identify guest needs through listening and prioritizing

* Excellent communication skills

* Exemplary customer service skills

* Ability to multitask

**Preferred:**

* Retail sales experience

**Job Summary:** The Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to members, providing check-in for members, enrolling new members, booking appointments, and cash, check, gift card and credit card transactions. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
