Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Certified Surgical Technologist to join their team. The role involves specializing in ophthalmic procedures while working with top surgeons in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in ophthalmic surgical procedures in collaboration with surgeons and medical teams.
  • Manage surgical instruments and prepare operating rooms efficiently.
  • Provide customer service and build strong interpersonal relationships with medical staff.
  • Pack and organize supplies weekly, managing inventory diligently.
  • Travel and provide services on designated routes and schedules.

Qualifications

  • Certified Surgical Technologist with eligibility for certification through NBSTSA or NCCT.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills with competence in utilizing an iPhone and iPad.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience as a surgical technologist.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical skills in managing surgical equipment.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with professionalism.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to relocate, with relocation assistance offered for qualified candidates.
