Certified Surgical Technologist (Full-Time)

The Role:

We're seeking a skilled and reliable Certified Surgical Technologist to join our surgical team. In this role, you'll support procedures across multiple specialties by ensuring a safe, sterile environment and assisting with all aspects of surgical preparation and execution.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments according to procedure requirements
• Assist the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments, maintaining sterile fields, and anticipating needs
• Perform pre-, intra-, and post-operative equipment checks and ensure proper inventory of supplies
• Uphold strict aseptic technique and infection control standards
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, RNs, and anesthesia providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Contribute to turnover efficiency and timely room set-ups
• Support continuous improvement, safety initiatives, and a culture of accountability

What We're Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Active national certification (NBSTSA or NCCT) preferred or required based on state regulations
• At least 1 year of experience in a surgical setting preferred
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-specialty surgical environment
