Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - BAS HealthCare : Job Details

Opportunity: Certified - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Job Details: • Provide anesthesia services for various surgical specialties including general, orthopedics, trauma, plastics, neurosurgery, pediatrics, endoscopy, NORA, robotic surgery, gynecology, and ENT • Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and post-operative assessments • Develop and implement anesthetic plans and obtain informed consent • Administer general anesthesia for adult and pediatric patients • Perform spinal anesthesia and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) • Place invasive monitoring including central lines and arterial lines • Manage complex airway cases and ventilation management • Work in a medical direction model with anesthesiologist ratios of 2:1 or 3:1 • Shifts available as 8 hours (6:30am-3pm), 10 hours (6:30am-5pm), or 12 hours (6:30am-7pm) • Thursdays have a 7:30am start time • Must have minimum 1 year of experience prior to credentialing • Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS • Pennsylvania license required (IMLC not accepted) • Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60-90 days • References required upfront when submitting application Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
