Locums - Lawton, Oklahoma, CRNA Job Start Date: ASAP - OngoingCoverage Start Date: November 1, 2025 Practice Details: Case Volume & Types ( 3,800 cases/year):

  • Endoscopy (high volume)

  • Orthopedics: including joint replacements & spine

  • Pediatric dental

  • Obstetrics:

    • 415 total deliveries/year

    • 160 C-sections

    • No VBACs

  • Additional cases: general surgery, urology, pain management, gynecology, ENT, podiatry

  • Expected growth in OB and general surgery caseload

    Practice Model:

    • Independent CRNA Practice

    • Team: 4 CRNAs daily (Monday - Friday)

    • Call: Every 4th night and 5th weekend (flexible during startup phase)

    Required Skills:

    • Proficiency in:

      • Regional blocks

      • Epidurals

      • Spinals

      Scheduling Needs:

      • Ongoing weekly CRNA coverage needed beginning November 1, 2025

      • 4 CRNAs total needed

      Credentialing & Licensure:

      • Timeline: 60-90 days

      • Temps: Available with clean background and unrestricted license

      • License: Compact state license accepted
