Facility in Tyrone, PA seeking CRNA locums coverage Rates: $250/hr Assignment Overview
  • Facility Type: Acute Care, Critical Access Hospital
  • Start Date: June 18, 2025
  • Contract Length: 3 months
  • Shift Schedule:
    • Monday Friday, 6:45 AM 3:30 PM
    • 30-minute unpaid lunch
    • No call required
  • Confirmed Dates Needing Coverage:
    • Multiple dates from June 18 to July 31 (see detailed schedule above)
    • Coverage ranges from 1 3 CRNAs daily depending on date
  • Credentialing Timeframe: Under 2 weeks for clean files
Clinical & Operational Details
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Support Model: Predominantly solo CRNA model (non-medically directed); some days with anesthesiologist on site
  • Case Types: General surgery, ortho, ophthalmology, GYN, ENT, plastic surgery
  • Volume:
  • Population: Primarily adults; occasional pediatrics for ENT (pediatric anesthesiologist will assist)
  • Skills Preferred: Regional anesthesia (spinals, peripheral nerve blocks)
  • Practice Setting: Hospital only
  • Bed Size: 25
Candidate Requirements
  • Credential: CRNA
  • Board Certification: Required (NBCRNA)
  • State License: Active Pennsylvania license required
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS
  • DEA/CSR: Not required
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years OR 1+ year working independently
