Schedule & Weekly Hours:Monday Friday, 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts available

On-call/Callback:Preference to providers who will take weeknight or weekend pager call

Travel/Lodging:Will do mileage/rental car and lodging if needed

Types of Cases/Procedures:

• General, neuro, ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, GI, thoracic, vascular, ENT, peds, plastics, robotics, endo, podiatry
• Cardiac capable or interested in cardiac training available
• Starting OB CRNA program training available for those interested in OB

EMR System:EPIC

Interview Process:Will interview with site chief

Privileging Process:60-90 days
