Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Protean Med LLC : Job Details

• EMR is Cerner
• 5+ years of CRNA work experience is preferred, but would consider a more recent graduate who has the right training and experience
• Open to H-1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J-1 waivers
• Not accepting Locums candidates
• Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision. Clean malpractice is preferred.

• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) - REQUIRED
• IA license (or willing to obtain) or IMLC - REQUIRED
• 5+ years of CRNA work experience - PREFERRED
• Does the provider have experience with procedures in both Adult & Pediatric patients? (add to Experience field) - REQUIRED
• BLS (or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire) - REQUIRED
• ACLS, PALS, AND NRP certifications (or willing to obtain within 1 year of hire) - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice - PREFERRED
