Average Monthly Case: 1278# of Operating Rooms: 12 ORs, 2 CathLabs, 2 Endo, 2 OBOB Delivery Average /Month: 40Care Team Model: 4 CRNA ; 1 MD EMR: Meditech and I Pro for AnesthesiaShift Days: Monday through FridayCurrent Available Shifts: 7A-3P or 7A-5PCall Required: NoWeekend Required: Yes, Weekends Preferred, but Not RequiredMinimum Number of shifts per month: 20West Florida Hospital is in need of 3 FTE CRNA to start as soon as credentialed. Mon - Friday; 7A-3P or 7A-5P. 19 ORs, Cardiac, Ortho, OB, Gyn, Urology, Podiatry, GI, Bronchscopies, General, robotics. 1,200 Avg monthly cases. 40 OB delivery average per month. 4 CRNA's, 1 MD care team model. ACLS, BLS, PALS req'd.
