Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Jackson & Coker : Job Details

CRNA Locums Job Hospital/ASC in Goshen, IndianaDates of Coverage: July 8,10,11, 24 -25, July 31 - August 1,5,8, August 27, September 15-19, 24,26, October 6-10, 17,19, 20-21, 27-31Details of Assignment:- Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm- Call is 3:30pm-7am. Primary Call shifts are in-house. Secondary Call shifts are beeper call - 30 minutes. Call is 3 weeknights per month potentially more as assignment continues. In-House call provider will have an anesthesia only call room. Call is also on weekends. Roughly 7 weekends of call/year or 1 weekend call shift every 1.5 months. - Case Mix: Mostly General, Endo, Ortho, Urology, High risk OB (Including VBACs), GYN, Cancer, Live. Some Vascular, ENT Radiology with Anesthesia, Cosmetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, Very light Cardiac (TEE and Brain-Back.) Endo is mainly at the ASC - about 2100 cases per year- High Case Volume. All providers work their own cases, high risk-OB as mentioned above. 1300 births per year.- Need to be proficient and have case logs for spinals, epidurals, and blocks- CRNAs work independently.- 6 CRNAs, 4 MDs Daily. 1 provider on post call day off from first call.- 8 ORs- EMR: Medaxion
