Job Description:Summary:
  • Responsible for enforcing and overseeing PMO OATS methodology across CHFS OATS projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers from all divisionsto ensure compliance with standards.
  • Mentor project managers on tools, processes, and techniques.
  • Continuously improve PMO processes, documentation, dashboards, and tools.
  • Define/refine KPIs to measure project and program success.
  • Conduct training sessions on methodology and tools.
  • Track project performance and identify deviations from KPIs.
  • Conduct project audits and post-project benefit tracking.
  • Coordinate with Cabinet of Technology (COT) on requirements.
  • Evaluate feedback to improve PMO activities.
  • Develop benchmarks and perform data analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Advise on project approaches including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Present concepts to stakeholders and secure buy-in.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor s degree or advanced degree, preferably in IT.
  • Professional Project Management Certification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management processes, strategies, and methods.
  • Agile certification from an accredited institution (preferred).
  • Experience mentoring and coaching in a project environment.
  • Experience in collaborative and team-based work environments.
Experience:
  • Experience leading high-level projects.
  • Experience developing tools, dashboards, and training content.
  • Experience conducting audits and post-project evaluations.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional activities.
Responsibilities or Duties:
  • Enforce project methodology standards.
  • Mentor project managers and provide training.
  • Develop and refine reporting dashboards.
  • Perform project audits and variance reviews.
  • Track and measure KPIs throughout project lifecycles.
  • Conduct data analysis to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in adoption of methodology across cabinet divisions.
  • Support the enhancement of project tools and processes.
  • Present to executive stakeholders and ensure alignment.

Qualification or Education:
  • Bachelor s or advanced degree in an IT-related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Agile certification preferred.
