Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Pinnacle Rehab : Job Details

We're looking for a Part-Time (20–24 hours/week) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our flexible homecare team. You'll have the freedom to schedule directly with your patients—you decide when your day starts and ends, making it easy to plan around your personal commitments.

New grads and experienced COTAs are encouraged to apply!

Job Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in West Virginia
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions)
• Comfortable with daily driving between patient homes (some trips may be 20–40 minutes)
