Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide resident-centered personal care, which includes:

• Bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing/undressing
• Obtaining vital signs and offering psychosocial support
• Assisting residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking using safe techniques
• Providing range of motion and passive exercise
• Supporting tasks related to dining and food preparation
• Offering assistance with meals and snacks to ensure a positive dining experience
• Administering medications accurately and documenting all relevant care
• Performing housekeeping and laundry services to maintain cleanliness
• Encouraging participation in wellness and recreational programs

We seek candidates with a passion for working with residents in sub-acute and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent (GED) preferred, not required
• Minimum age of 18
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred
