Certified Nursing Assistant - Lenbrook Senior Living : Job Details

Perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed practical nurses. Duties will include, but are not limited to, assisting with all ADL's, ambulating and transfers, taking and recording vital signs, as well as maintaining the confidentiality of the resident and facility. Care duties will be performed with an emphasis on ensuring privacy, respect, dignity, physical comfort, and safety. Responsibilities: - Ambulate and transfer residents utilizing appropriate assistance devices and body mechanics. - Turn and reposition residents as needed. - Make beds every day, changing linens per facility policy and as needed. - Obtain vital signs as directed by the nurse. - Care for incontinent residents and document episodes of the assigned residents. - Measure and record intake and output and document food and nourishment intake - Keep assigned residents bedside area clean at all times and personal belongings in orderly arrangement. - Assist with development and review of care p...Certified Nursing Assistant, Nursing Assistant, Charge Nurse, Nursing, Practical Nurse, Certified, Healthcare
