Job Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute settings
• Monitoring resident conditions and updating the nursing team as necessary
• Measuring and documenting residents' vital signs accurately
• Assisting residents with grooming, feeding, toileting, and other daily living activities
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment by following hygiene best practices
• Transporting residents around the facility and assisting with mobility
• Engaging with residents daily to foster trust and provide comfort
• Adhering to resident care plans as well as all relevant regulations and policies
• Facilitating effective communication between staff, residents, and their families

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current CNA certification in Massachusetts
• Familiarity with general nursing care practices and terminology
• Effective communication skills with healthcare professionals and patients
• Attention to detail in all aspects of care
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
