We are seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to nursing staff.

• Help residents with mobility and physical exercises.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment.

• Follow care plans and document services provided.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.

• Previous experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting is a plus.

• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks.
