Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)– Long-Term Care Facility

A respected long-term care facility in theRockland Countyis currently seeking a dedicatedCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA)to join our compassionate team. This position provides essential support to residents and ensures their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the supervising nurse.

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bed baths, shaving, and grooming.

• Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake.

• Feed residents and provide nutritional supplements as needed.

• Maintain residents' living spaces by making beds and ensuring cleanliness.

• Transport residents within the facility as needed.

• Assist with repositioning bedridden residents to prevent pressure sores.

• Uphold confidentiality regarding all resident and facility-related information.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of aCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA)program.

• ActiveNew York State CNA Certification.

• In good standing with theState Registry.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
