Certified Mobile Notary Service ( is seeking a Mobile Notary Signing Agent to work in the U.S. only.

Job Types: Full-time; Remote; U.S. citizen required.

Daily Tasks:

Oversee and execute digital signing for borrowers.

Host and engage in digital closings via video calls, walk through documents, answer questions, facilitate remote online notarizations.

Create a positive impression as borrowers execute documents for significant purchases.

Set up technology and documents for closing ceremonies.

Ensure quality assurance of all documents during closing.

Facilitate post-close processes for loan servicing.

Collaborate with origination team members for loan closings.

Gather feedback to improve services and systems.

Share best practices and learnings within the team to innovate in manufactured housing finance.

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or relevant experience preferred.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Proactive, autonomous, collaborative, and innovative.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technologies.

Job Requirements

Computer, internet, and home office setup.

Compensation

$125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
