Woman's Breast Specialist Clinic is looking for a full-time Certified Medical Assistant. Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent Current certification as a medical assistant required Previous work experience in an ambulatory clinic setting is strongly preferred Previous medication administration experience preferred Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant include, but are not limited to: Meets, greets, and escorts patients to exam rooms; prepares patients for provider's visit by obtaining initial information and vital signs including all medical history, weight and height, blood pressure, etc. Assists physician with exams, tests, and minor procedures; clean instruments; prepare sterile trays for procedures.
