We are currently looking for a Full-Time Medical Assistant to support our team. This vital role aids patients and collaborates with our clinical staff to ensure the best medical care is delivered according to our established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the rooming process for patients by taking vital signs and conducting vision/hearing tests, while accurately recording patient data in eCW.
  • Conduct in-house laboratory tests, collect specimens for external laboratories, and uphold quality control according to our standards.
  • Maintain a clean and fully-stocked clinical area, ensuring all materials are current and safe for use.
  • Clean and sterilize medical equipment, documenting each occurrence for compliance.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as answering phones, resolving inquiries, and communicating with nursing staff regarding patient needs.
  • Ensure all necessary logs and documentation are meticulously kept.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Requirement: High School diploma/GED with a Medical Assistant Training Certificate. Preferred Education Requirement: Associate's degree with a Medical Assistant Training Certificate.

Experience: 0-1 year of relevant work experience.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $20.50 - $22.00 per hour
