Job Code: 5075, Certified Medical Assistant. This is a University of Minnesota position and is on-site at the Community-University Health Care Center (CUHCC). This is a 100% appointment, 40 hours/week. The hours will range from 8:00 am -5:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Some overtime/ Saturday hours may be required. Bargaining unit consideration begins on 4/11/25 and ends on 4/18/25. Job Responsibilities:Patient Contact/ Care: 85%Conducts thorough and timely pre-visit planning for each encounter according to standards. Prepares for each visit according to the pre-visit plan. Assists with psychiatric or medical needs as they arise: performs EK - Gs, makes same day referrals to medical, lab follow up and hospital transfers, or other.
