Job Title: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Job Summary:

CHHA supports clients with personal care, companionship, and household tasks while adhering to healthcare standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing).

Help with mobility support and transfers.

Provide medication reminders

Perform light housekeeping (laundry, meal preparation, cleaning).

Offer companionship and engage clients in activities.

Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to supervisors.

Ensure a safe living environment and follow infection control protocols.

Accompany to MD Appts.

Qualifications:

CHHA certification (state-approved training program).

CPR & First Aid certification (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and transfer clients safely.
