Hand Therapist (OTR/ CHT) Locations: Palatka, Crescent City, Melrose, Keystone Heights, Starke, FL About the Role We are seeking a Hand Therapist (OTR/ CHT) to join a well-established outpatient rehabilitation practice with multiple clinics in Northeast Central Florida. This position offers the opportunity to provide specialized occupational therapy and hand therapy services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
