Key Responsibilities
  • Foster relationships to attract new clients through diverse strategies such as networking, social media, referrals, and public speaking.
  • Thoroughly assess clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and design tailored, comprehensive strategies for achieving their financial goals.
  • Manage branch processes effectively to ensure clients receive a high-quality experience in line with our policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the branch team to create, review, and refine the business plan for increased effectiveness.

Requirements
  • A strong preference for candidates with a bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the financial services sector.
  • Experience in financial services and/or sales is advantageous.
  • Existing financial services registrations, licenses, or certifications are a plus.
  • Progression within a professional or military career is beneficial.
Licensing Requirements
  • The SIE is required and can be obtained without firm sponsorship; Series 7 and Series 66 will also be necessary. If not already registered, candidates may obtain these registrations during the assigned paid study period.
  • FINRA registrations must be secured within three months. State insurance licenses are also required.
  • All associates must complete ongoing training offered by Edward Jones and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.
