Job Location : New York,NY, USA
This individual reports directly to the board of directors and will work closely with other corporate officers, Senior VPs, and other executives to profitably grow the business.
This position will oversee all company functions, including customer relations and contracting, sales, organizational management, regulatory compliance, finance, human resources, and other administrative and operational departments.
The person in this role will collaborate with senior team members to establish aggressive performance goals and market strategies, and will lead an outstanding organization to achieve those objectives.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in a senior-level position, hold a Bachelor's degree (an MBA is desirable), and demonstrate strong leadership, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, business judgment, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and organizational-building capabilities.
