Up to $120,000 + 10% ECEC grant + paid weekly!

Lead with purpose and inspire daily! We are seeking a driven Centre Director to lead, support, and manage our team of Educators, and oversee the day-to-day operations of our centre.

About your role

• Manage daily operations in compliance with legislative requirements and policies.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to staff.
• Ensure high-quality early learning programs are delivered.
• Manage staffing rosters efficiently.
• Oversee financial management within budget guidelines.
• Maintain high standards for centre presentation and work practices.
• Build relationships with children, families, staff, and community stakeholders.
• Attract, enroll, and retain families through tours, enrollments, and orientation alongside the Enrolments Team.

About you

• Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA.
• Experience as a Centre Director in early childhood setting.
• Current WWCC, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
• Understanding of VEYLDF, NQS, and QIP.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development.
