Service: St Cecilia's Long Day Care and KindergartenLong Day Care Time: 7 am – 6 pmKindergarten Time: 8.30 am – 2.45 pmQualification Required: Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.Hourly Rate: $45.22 - $46.18 Base Rate + Superannuation + Allowances

- 49-place centre in the heritage-listed St Cecilia Precinct
- Home-like feel with high ceilings, French doors, and timber floors
- Modern, well-equipped learning spaces
- Large outdoor area with mud kitchen and veggie patch
- On-site cook provides daily meals for children

- Manage daily operations, including staffing, admin, and finances
- Provide effective leadership and team support
- Oversee delivery of a high-quality, inclusive program
- Ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children
- Work collaboratively to support children and families
- Promote the service in line with Catholic Early EdCare values
- Flexibility to manage hours between contact time and out-of-ratio tasks as required
- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
- A strong understanding of Child Care legislation including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and Early Years Learning Framework & the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
- Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
- Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities, including team development skills.
