This is a full-time / 40+ hour per week opportunity with flexible schedule options.If you are interested in this Centralized Non-Retail Pharmacist position, please contact Lindsay at 586-###-#### or [email protected] Non-Retail Pharmacist CompensationThe pay for this position is $66 to $69.09 per hourBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employmentA 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility datesCentralized Non-Retail Pharmacist HighlightsThis position is a temporary assignment in Roseville with the plan to transition to Brooklyn Park once ready.Flexibility in scheduling: AM shifts remain the same; PM shifts may adjust to end at 10 PM.Full-time and part-time roles available.Weekly schedules (targeted start 8/13/2025 unless otherwise noted):Schedule A: Thu 7am–3pm, Fri 12pm–8pm, Sat off, Sun 7am–3pm, Mon off, Tue–Wed 7am–3pmSchedule B: Thu 7am–3pm, Fri 12pm–8pm, Sat–Sun off, Mon–Wed 7am–3pmSchedule C: Thu 3:30pm–11:30pm, Fri–Sat off, Sun–Wed 3:30pm–11:30pm (starts 9/1/2025)Schedule D: Thu–Fri off, Sat 12pm–8pm, Sun–Wed 3:30pm–11:30pmSchedule E: Thu 3:30pm–11:30pm, Fri off, Sat 12pm–8pm, Sun off, Mon–Wed 3:30pm–11:30pmSchedule F (PT): Thu–Fri off, Sat 12pm–8pm, Sun 3:30pm–11:30pm, Mon–Wed offSchedule G: Thu 7am–3pm, Fri 12pm–8pmCentralized Non-Retail Pharmacist ResponsibilitiesImplement patient care programs including Medication Therapy Management, Immunization Services, and Adherence & Clinical Programs.Drive compliance and continuous quality improvement in clinical pharmacy services.Support regional pharmacy financial performance by executing patient intervention programs.Enhance patient experience through consultations, medication management, and wellness services.Provide expertise, education, and support to Centralized Non-Retail Pharmacist s and field leadership.Conduct data and clinical reviews to ensure accuracy and safety of medications.Review drug histories and provide individualized patient/provider consultationsServe as a trusted resource for patient therapy questions and clinical consultations.Ensure adherence to HIPAA, federal, state, and local pharmacy laws.Centralized Non-Retail Pharmacist RequirementsBS in Pharmacy or PharmD and at least 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.Current Centralized Non-Retail Pharmacist license in the appropriate state.Strong team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with confidential information.Willingness to work non-standard hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.Time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects.Experience providing quality customer service to internal and external clients.Preferred QualificationsWillingness to obtain additional state pharmacy licenses if needed.Knowledge of insurance plans and pharmacy software (Intercom, Promise, Plus).Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.If you think this Centralized Non-Retail Pharmacist position is a good fit for you, please reach out to Lindsay – feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
