Central Supply & Medical Records Clerk
Pine Acres Care Center is actively looking for a Central Supply & Medical Records Clerka proactive, detail-oriented professional dedicated to the efficiency, organization, and compliance of our facility's central supply and medical records operations.
Responsibilities
Central Supply Duties
- Stock nursing stations with proper supplies.
- Manage and track inventory across supply areas and nursing units.
- Place and unpack facility-wide supply orders.
- Organize and maintain central supply storage and office spaces.
- Assist with room changes and general supply logistics.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in supply areas.
Medical Records Duties
- Compile, organize, and maintain accurate medical records for all residents.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of resident information.
- Maintain and update electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Audit and thin charts to ensure compliance.
- Schedule appointments and support medical documentation as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in longterm care or healthcare preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and followup skills.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and manage physical aspects of supply stocking.
- Reliable and self-motivated; able to work independently and as part of a team.
