Central Scheduler - Dignity Health : Job Details

Incumbent answers all incoming telephone calls in a helpful professional manner. Incumbent ensures that all procedures for Imaging, Cardio-Diagnostics, ATU and/or Endoscopy are scheduled appropriately while assuring timeliness of the appointment. In addition the incumbent will provide scheduling services and preparation instructions to the patient or doctors office. Incumbent ensures appropriate equipment for each procedure is available and distributes surgical and ancillary schedules as appropriate. Qualifications. Minimum Requirements:HS Diploma. Working knowledge of computer software such as word processing and spreadsheet applications;Working knowledge of Medical. Terminology and scheduling software.
