We are seeking a highly organized and service-focused Central Reservations Manager to oversee all reservation operations across multiple venues within our premium food service portfolio. This role is responsible for managing high-volume, high-touch reservations with a focus on delivering exceptional service to high-profile and VIP clients. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hospitality expertise, operational efficiency, and discretion.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $90,000-$125,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramarks good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Job Responsibilities

• Reservations Management
• Oversee centralized reservation systems for multiple dining and event venues.
• Manage all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Prioritize and coordinate bookings for high-profile clients, ensuring personalized service and confidentiality.
• Client Relations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP and executive-level clients regarding reservations and special requests.
• Maintain detailed client profiles and preferences to ensure a tailored guest experience.
• Resolve reservation conflicts or issues with professionalism and discretion.
• Team Leadership
• Supervise and train a team of reservation agents or coordinators.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for reservation handling and guest communication.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to ensure service excellence.
• System & Data Management
• Maintain and optimize reservation software and CRM systems.
• Generate reports on booking trends, capacity utilization, and client preferences.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to manage special events, blackout dates, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Coordinate with front-of-house, culinary, and event teams to ensure accurate guest counts and special requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align on guest expectations and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in reservations or guest services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience working with high-profile or VIP clientele is essential.
• Strong knowledge of reservation systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Skills

• Background in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or private club environments.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with event planning or private dining coordination.
