Central Processor FT (100%, Days) - Clinical Lab - Adena Health System : Job Details

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Central Processor to join our Laboratory Services Team. Assure that patient specimens meet laboratory quality standards for testing. Receives specimens and checks for proper and complete patient information and identification according to established laboratory policies and procedures. Prepares specimens for testing. Verifies correct sample type, volume, handling and storage conditions. Properly centrifuges, aliquots and labels specimen and delivers to the appropriate laboratory department. This position has access to confidential patient information and direct patient care. This position does not have access to funds.
