Recommended Job Duties - Orders all ingredients for all Chef Prepared sub departments to include the coffee bar, gelato and caf (excludes Beer and Wine) - Orders include DSD, Warehouse and In-store Transfers - Utilizes various methods of ordering to include phone orders. Website ordering, CM Order Portal, email, warehouse Telxon, in-store transfer process - Maintains raw ingredient on-hand and determines par levels based on vendor service levels, shelf life on the item and promotion/holiday plans - Manages ingredient inventory levels to meet kitchen needs while minimizing spoilage/shrink and out of stocks - Works with vendors and Division Supply Chain Partner to resolve quality issues - Tracks purchases daily and weekly utilizing a purchase tracking form and the following tools: - Business Intelligence (BI Reports, Bill $'s / Bill Units by Vendor, DSD Invoice Report - Daily Invoice Report / DSD - Warehouse Inquiry / WH Invoices - Xnet Reports - Completes all ordering decisions based on...Food Service, Bakery, Executive Chef, Baker, Supply Chain, Service, Restaurant, Grocery
