The Jewish Board's Community Behavioral Health treatment programs provide compassionate, high quality, evidence-based services to individuals and families in the communities we serve. Our staff use a culturally competent, person-centered approach to help individuals and their families develop skills and resources to improve overall functioning, to instill hope, and to strengthen resiliency. Our programs work closely with community partners to address health disparities in our neighborhoods while also celebrating the strengths and resilience of our communities.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Coordinator of Central Intake and Assignment aids and facilitates intake and assignment processes for all Community Behavioral Health Clinic and CCBHC clients. The duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to, daily tracking of all clients in pre-admit, intake, assignment or re-assignment status. The Coordinator of Central Intake and Assignment is responsible for managing and enhancing the client experience throughout the intake and assignment process by ensuring each client's needs are handled timely. Additionally, this position is responsible for supporting program operations by working closely with clinics, One Call and CCBHC staff in ensuring intake, assignment and re-assignment operations are conducted efficiently.
