Ensure product quality and presentation: Complete product rotation using first in-first out method, ensure product is in-date, and verify that all items are properly displayed according to planograms. Guest Service: Provide exceptional and helpful guest service by greeting, acknowledging, and reacting to guest needs throughout the store and across departments. Assist with stock organization and unloading: Help unload product deliveries from pallets and maintain organized stock rooms across multiple departments. Maintain product presentation: Ensure products are presented properly on shelves, in cases, and throughout the store for an enjoyable shopping experience. Correct sales floor conditions: Observe store conditions and take immediate action to address any areas of opportunity for improvement. Inventory and pricing management: Maintain appropriate inventory levels in all departments, ensuring pricing accuracy on products received and sold, and keeping ad items in-stock.
